Anglian Water opens Pig Paddock Management Grant 2026

Anglian Water’s Pig Paddock Management Grant 2026 is open for applictions. 

The support is available to outdoor pig producers investigating the use of grass paddocks or the management of an existing grass paddock system. The grant is aimed at those who are looking at changing their system.

“Through field trials it has been shown that grass paddocks of the right grass species and management systems can reduce soil compaction and runoff as well as retaining nutrients. There is also anecdotal evidence of increased animal welfare and bedding material cost reduction,” Anglian Water said.

There is a potential funding £1140 for seed purchase and £1000 to change paddock management systems.
